We’re in the last days of August.
The heat is starting to weaken these past few days.
August on this island has the same summer heat as Japan.
However, compared to the city, the average temperature here is lower.
Even at the hottest time, at most, the atmospheric temperature won’t reach 30.
Recently, summer in Japan reaches almost 35.
Thinking about it, it relaxes me to think that this world is pleasant.

「 Mana, get some of the monkey armies on us. I think we only need about four 」

Now we’re done instructing everyone.

This is the grassland where Sumeragi and his group had as their base.
Cattles are taking it easy there.
The only time they feel tense is when a predator arrives.

The two monkeys responded to Mana’s instructions with a salute.
They look the same to me but for Mana, they’re different.

If I sleep it off I’ll forget it anyway.
「 I’ll drive them from behind so you guys can intimidate so they don’t get sidetracked. 」

The monkeys bare their teeth at me angrily and howled.
「 Not me, the cows! 」
「 Ukiki!! 」
Snot came out as they’re laughing.
They’ll follow orders, but they’ll look down on you. Just like Rita.
They work efficiently so let’s just endure it.
「 We’re starting 」
I follow the three cows as they walk side by side.
I walk behind them and howled.
「 Oraaaaaaaaaa!!! 」
Mana’s also howling along with the monkeys from a bit of distance.

The cows ran away in panic.
Fortunately, they’re not as violent as bulls.
If they were to attack us, then it would’ve been dangerous.

As work began, the monkeys got serious too.
They make intimidation cries as they ran alongside the cows.

The cows aren’t slow when running.
There’s a saying that they’re at snail’s pace but we’re talking about them walking.
The cows are running desperately and we’re chasing after them desperately too.

Once again, I thank Meiko for the shoes she made.
I’m running at a speed that’s hard to achieve without these pair of shoes.
Even if I could, the impact on my legs would be too strong.

One of the three cows we’re chasing went off course.
The monkeys are making a face like they don’t know what to do.
「 Ignore him, prioritize the remaining ones 」

After that, we ran until we returned to our hideout.
I thought I’d run out of breath halfway but I somehow managed not to.
The cow went out of breath first and started to walk.
「 Uoooooh!!! Hokage, you got two at once, wow! 」
「 As expected of Hokage. The fence is ready 」
「 You can leave the rest to us muscle! 」
They were ready to receive us at the hideout already.
They led the cows easily, which had no energy to run away, into the fence.
「 Eeeeeeh?! Two at the same time?! I was already having trouble bringing one here! 」
Mana came back ten minutes after I did.
She had one cow with her.
「 These are some nice fences. You guys finished sooner than expected 」
I said. Karin reacted, saying “Really?”.
「 If we worked from morning until evening then we will make it 」
「 Huh? Is it that late already? 」
I thought that it’s still noon.
But the truth is the sun is about to set.
I looked at the sky and noticed that it’s dusk.
「 Hokage and Mana, and also Amane was missing. We had more lunch than usual 」
Arisa said while grinning.
True, that’s unfortunate that we didn’t get to eat Eri’s deluxe lunch.
「 Either way, now we have secured three of these. Tomorrow, let’s get some chickens. Once we have them, we can use milk and eggs as ingredients. Another cooking revolution!! 」
