Serena’s shockwaves fell on the spider swarm. Every shockwave was like an explosive bomb that crushed dozens of spiders into a paste.
For some of the Awakened here, it was the first time seeing a high-rank Awakened in action. The destructive power of this serious-looking woman left them in shock.
They got the impression that Serena alone was enough to exterminate all the spiders if she was given enough time.

I cursed in my mind and attacked several spiders that tried to go near them.

Then, he collapsed on the ground as the spider venom paralyzed his body.
In despair, he could only watch as another spider used its maws to tear his head off his body.
Seeing the death of that man made many of the other Awakened turn pale.
Even my expression became ashen. Seeing such a painful death made me shiver in fear.
“Dammit!” I cursed loudly and filled my left hand with lightning, using it to hit a spider’s belly and paralyze it, before finishing it with my spear.
Meanwhile, Andrew was using his metal pipe to hit all the spiders nearby. His efficiency in killing spiders was one of the best after the Tier Five Awakened. In fact, he even surpassed some Tier Five Awakened.
I did not fall behind him. Using my Lightning Seed and releasing short bursts of killing intent through Confidence, I killed every spider that entered the range of my spear. In short five minutes, I had killed over ten spiders.
In fact, the spiders were not that powerful. Most spiders were Tier 2 or below, with only a few Tier 3 spiders and even fewer Tier 4 spiders.
