Take Up the Cross – CH42: Freshest Outlook

Take Up the Cross:

Chapter 42: Freshest Outlook

Writing a sex scene like that after having ones that are usually shorter due to circumstances is liberating, but also hard to do. Going from beginning to end is like mixing art with ero, where you’re fighting yourself from rushing to the conclusion so you can build to enjoyment.

I’m often wondering if I’m not giving the girls enough time to develop and be loved, I imagine that everyone will have a favorite. I want all four girls to be my favorite… but it’s hard to do that! Harem is difficult to write for if you want good characters!? Someone please help me. Still in particular is hard to nail down, because she is very proactive in comparison to the others and has her own goals.

Culmination! Hopefully this was good. I haven’t done ero for a bit, it seems, so I went all out…

I think that sex should have meaning, so teammates have to establish it, right? It’s not jumping into sex! It’s… discovering each other through it!

To anyone that is still reading after the last chapter, thank you for continuing. Bad things happen and I’m not going to sugar coat them. To make up for skipping thursday, I’m releasing three chapters: today, tomorrow, and monday. This week has been rather trying, so I apologize for missing my release date.

Chapter 37: Near and the Nigh

I think we’re about to the end. A lot of this seems like an escalation of failures, but I don’t think everything is actually a failure to the reader, right? To Adris it might seem to be, but if you look more closely…
