Take Up the Cross – CH 92: Best-Laid Plans

Take Up the Cross:

Chapter 92: Best-Laid Plans

(Long Chapter)

Plotting with Still is what you get after my unplanned, week-long hiatus. I’ve had stuff going on, so there’s been no updates, sorry. I have finalized the plan for my next novel, which will not replace this one but rather be something I work on concurrently. I have no idea if one or the other will receive less attention, but I don’t ever intend to stop doing this one until it’s “done”.

Sorry for disappearing, whoever is still reading!

Okay! Now that Lycia’s time is up, let’s move on to the next carnival show!

Seriously though, let’s have some fun now? I feel like I want to cry after writing some stuff recently. Tragic stuff can only be taken for too long.

Chapter 85: A Ghoul’s Game ~ V.O.D. ☆

It was really hard to make this chapter at first until I rediscovered my drive for this type of chapter. I was doing purely consensual stuff, so it was hard to tap back into that roaring feeling of wrong that motivates the darker things of TUTC.

Having found it again, I think the chapter turned out well. Please tell me what you think! We’ll have a poll soon, since we’ve had a bunch of major characters show up.

EROOOOOOOOOOOO!

Sorry for lateness, but I’ve been getting some stuff done for my health. I have a formal diagnosis, but I’m able to return to work, too. That means that I have less time to write, but am healthier to write. It’s a paradox.

Lycia is a wonderful character. There’s a lot of nuance in a woman who plays long games of toying with emotions…
