I hear Nia’s cute voice through the small window in the back.
She sits in the coachman and seems to enjoy controlling the horses.
But, she’s probably doing the same thing as me, letting the horse walk on its own.
「 Haa, this is convenient. Once we’re done with the left hand, we’ll move to the right 」
Euphy, who was sitting next to me, grabbed my right hand and used a nail clipper on my nails.
This was one of the most frequent care that she gives me since I bought her as a slave.
We didn’t have nail clippers in this world and I left them a little long, so Euphy noticed it and used a dagger to cut my nails at first.
We have our bodies touching every day so it’s natural for her to know that it’s getting long.
I can trust her to do it safely, but I was pretty scared at first.
No matter how much I’m used to it, it’s an edged tool touching my fingertips.
Of course, it’s scary.
The same goes for shaving.
I’m doing it myself, but sometimes, I ask her to do it and shave me with a dagger.
For a while, I had my own theory that daggers are a universal tool.

I came back yesterday evening, just in time to re-use my teleport skill.
I went out shopping after the police came in the morning to Japan, and nothing much happened after that.
I thought that they might be tailing so I tried changing a few rides, but there were no signs of that.
Still, I was conscious of them even when coming back here.

We’re in the same town, and they’re high schoolers, so once they got on my mind, it gets me curious.

I speak to the coach seat through the small window, Nia stopped the horse and entered the carriage.
「 Let’s see, there’s this problem I have I want you girls to hear. You girls remember the hero summoning, and that I was dragged into it? 」

After finding an inn where we could leave our carriage and get a place to sleep, the three of us headed out for dinner.

The place Euphy’s pointing at is a bar.
I never brought Euphy and Nia to a place like that so I’m honestly not sure if it’s okay to get in here.
But well, one of the reasons I don’t want to go in is when I get tangled up or whatever, and that’s no longer a problem, and if they say that we need to drink, then I can just drink their share.
Deciding that we can deal with my concerns later, we headed into the bar.
The atmosphere of bars in this world isn’t different.
It’s a place where one can enjoy chatting and sometimes feel the noisy atmosphere as everyone’s drinking and eating.
The crowd was about 60% of the store.
We entered and found an empty table in the middle end of the room, the three of us took a seat.
「 Just eat whatever you like. I’ll go for Ale 」
Near the counter in the back of the restaurant was the menu painted on a wooden board.
However, unlike the Izakaya, the menu isn’t a lot.
Most of them are meat dishes. Euphy and Nia ordered honey diluted in water, and their food and drinks were delivered right away.
「 Hmm, lukewarm! 」
I took out a sip of ale and immediately speak my thoughts.
The taste isn’t bad.
It tastes like strong beer.
However, having it served at room temperature is a million points demerit.
I’m so used to drinking cold beer that I might as well be drinking water instead.
But, I don’t like to waste drinks so I’m still drinking it.
「 Hey, Daiki-nii, I want to drink that too 」
「 No you can’t… Euphy, only adults can drink alcohol in this world, right? 」
「 Indeed. Nia, you can’t. That drink is bad 」
「 Euphy. Do you have experience with alcohol? Or did you already have an incident? 」
「 That’s a secret… 」
Euphy doesn’t seem to be interested in drinking, although, she might’ve already vomited, or suffered from a hungover.
Hmm, you two are still better with juices so I’ll give you a good one next time.
「 So, what do you think? Who has some information? 」
「 I think those adventurers over there have some. I’ll go ask them 」
I asked. Euphy turned her gaze to some adventurer and got up.
「 Huh? Euphy’s going? I could just ask them instead 」
「 No, they’ll find it easier to talk to me. Besides, no servant would allow their Master to do such work. Just wait for me here, Daiki-sama 」
She’s full of confidence for some reason so I sat back down.
「 Then, I’ll go ask around too 」
「 No, you don’t have to go too 」
「 Leave it to me. At places like these, they’ll often tell you about the dungeon 」

As for how they got that information, the Hero had just defeated a large Monster nearing the border of the country. These ones aren’t as certain, but it’s said that there were two heroes. One’s a man who wields a sword and shield and the other man has a large shield and heavy armor all over.

I had my questions upon hearing the report, but Euphy continued.
「 Apparently, one of the country’s five dragon heads was involved in the subjugation, and the heroes aren’t yet on that level of power 」
「 Err, what’s five dragon heads? 」
「 Oh right. I need to explain that. The five dragon heads is the title given to the five strongest people in the Nyhied kingdom. They all hold the rank of General, and they’re said to be placed in important locations in battle 」
「 You know a lot 」
「 Of course. The group all had level four in their combat skills, and so they were our most alarming opponents 」
Oh yeah, Euphy’s country was at war with the Nyhied kingdom.
Of course, she knows them.
「 One of them however was slain by our country 」
「 Huh? Really? 」
「 Yes, the Golden Rutherford, was defeated by Gilbert-san’s son, Sword Saint Clyde Slye 」 However, the wounds Clyde had received from the battle also took his life 」
I see. Gilbert-san’s son is also that strong.
The Adicilton house is amazing, taking down one of the major forces.
Does that mean that they had to resort to summoning heroes to make up for the strength they lost?

I know very little about what enemy Demons look like, but Euphy told me that most of them had a humanoid look.

After that, we talked to a few more people and we can’t figure out if the girl isn’t mentioned because she’s not joining the fight, or some other circumstances.
I could do nothing here.
