Those are the Kiryu. Those who are allowed to indulge in extravagance in exchange for becoming guardians of humanity through overwhelmingly military might.

Even when there’s a dragon with such power, amounting to a natural disaster, they still tangled and dragged it down to the swamp.
Even the amount of works of art created by humans, who should be overwhelmingly inferior in terms of violence, fascinates the dragons and turns them into fans of mankind, I feel like I’ve just got a glimpse of the power of living beings and the mystery of life.

By the way, rich people and Zatsuryu can’t make their own clothes, they usually buy their own clothes at their clothing store, but it seems that imitating the designs that are popular among the Kiryu is common. It’s the same in my previous world where people want to imitate those at the top.
